The title of this episode is a reference to the famous 1964 song Viva Las Vegas by Elvis Presley. In the same episode, Jackie disguises himself as an Elvis impersonator to bypass security.
"Helmut & Ulf" are likely a parody of the late Siegfried & Roy, a real life German-American duo best known for their show performances involving white tigers and lions.
After the Dark Chi Warriors secure Sasha's Yang counterpart, Finn tells Daolon Wong to "beam us up", referencing the infamous quote attributed to the original series of Star Trek.
