Tommy Chung is the second-in-command of the Chang Gang, under Bartholomew Chang. Chung is the field leader of the team, and the counterpart to Jackie Chan.
Despite his rotund appearance, he possesses great knowledge in hand-to-hand combat, and is the most feared martial artist on China's most wanted list.
