Tarakudo's Mask is the Oni Mask that was intended to imprison the spirit of Tarakudo.
Origin[]
Centuries ago in Ancient Japan, the spirits of Tarakudo's nine Oni Generals were imprisoned in the Oni Masks by Good Chi Wizards. To prevent them from ever being conjoined, the nine masks were subsequently scattered to the four corners of the globe. This tenth and final mask was intended to imprison Tarakudo himself, who instead took possession of the mask after managing to evade imprisonment.
History[]
Tarakudo chose to conceal his mask in the Shadow Realm, citing it as the one place no mortal would dare enter. Making the mask irretrievable without the aid of Dark Magic to get there which comes at a risk.
