The Scroll of Hung-Chao is a legendary parchment said to hold magical inscriptions of great power.
History[]
The scroll is kept in the library of the Lotus Temple, where it is watched over by the temple's guardian who appears along with the temple itself during a full moon. The Monk, who served as Jackie's and Jade's guide to the temple, sought the Scroll to possess its power. After the events of the fight that took place in the Lotus Temple, the Scroll of Hung-Chao was destroyed, preventing it from falling into the wrong hands ever again.
Powers and abilities[]
Painting these inscriptions onto one's palms gives them access to several powers, such as firing large chi blasts, levitation, controlling the temple's magical armor, and creating small tornadoes.
