Mr. Lam is the executor of Tsong Tse Manor.
History[]
Mr. Lam first appeared when the Chan Family arrived to obtain the artifacts from the manor. In a comedic scenario, he and his assistant tried to load the artifacts unto the wagon, only for Uncle to demand to appraise each item to make sure it's not any junk. After Uncle revealed that he will not buy any of the items until they are appraised, Mr. Lam and his assistant left the estate, which it seems that in actually, they attempted to trick the Chans into taking the coffin of the chi vampire off his hand.
Later after Uncle saw Thoru on the ground and the coffin opened, he discovered that Mr. Lam almost tricked them into taking the antique, however it was defeat of the vampire, Uncle was able to buy the artifacts for half price.
