Overview[]
Each issue of the magazine corresponds to an episode of the show by adapting its story in the style of a "mission report". It also features its very own series of original stories through the inclusion of two comic strips per issue. Additionally, each issue contains a range of fact, puzzle and quiz sections inspired by the show. The magazine offered a free gift with every issue, alternating between a pack of ten Collectible Cards and an exclusive Amulet.

Card Collection[]
- Main article: Card Collection
The Card Collection is a collection of playable trading cards that were offered regularly with the magazine in randomly assorted packs of ten. The collection is divided into several categories, covering prominent characters from across the series, with each card holding its own score rating to be competed against others in a wide range of card games. Initially launched in September 2003, there were originally 242 cards available until an additional 111 cards were created when the magazine was extended from 60 to 80 issues, resulting in a total of 35 cards in the collection.
Amulets[]
- Main article: Amulets
Amulets are set of collectibles that were offered with every third issue of the magazine. They typically feature a character or relic from the series, ranging from Talismans, Demon Sorcerers, Oni Masks, the J-Team and more. The amulets themselves are metallic and include a bail hoop with a chain, allowing them to be worn as pendants. Additionally, members of The Zone were given exclusive access to the website's Card Collection gallery. Both websites were shut down in 2008, two years after the magazine's conclusion.
The IFC code for website access - JC4JH4X1 - was printed at the bottom of the contents page of each issue.
