The Ice Crew are a trio of skilled martial artists led by StrikeMaster Ice, who is joined by his friends DJ Fist and MC Cobra. The Ice Crew served as Drago's henchmen during a majority of his quest to find the Demon Chi.
History[]
Origin[]
StrikeMaster Ice first met his two partners when he began training at the Zu Monastery in Bhutan. Being at odds with the monastery's teachings of peace, the three were expelled by the monks for bad behavior, and decided to work together and become criminals. Ice and Cobra (the only ones in the group who talk) have a penchant for street slang, and use it every time they talk.
Season 4[]
The Group was first seen in the Season 4 episode, "The Good Guys", when the Enforcers (Finn, Ratso and Chow) decide they want to be 'good' guys after suffering a string of defeats at the hands of Jackie Chan. At the behest of a museum in San Francisco, Jackie was sent to collect the Opal of Anglee from a remote temple in Bhutan, only to run into the Ice Crew who likewise sought the Opal. Because the three were masked, Jackie initially mistook Ice, Cobra and Fist for Chow, Finn and Ratso respectively, remarking that his adversaries had been working out whilst they demonstrated their superior fighting capabilities. Ice sought the Opal, which could be fused onto one's hand and used a powerful weapon, to exact revenge on the monks that expelled the three by destroying their monastery. However, their plans were thwarted by Jackie, Jade and the Enforcers.
Season 5[]
As Dragon warriors.
They later showed up in Season 5, at Drago's henchmen auditions, after he had "fired" the Enforcers. Quickly proving themselves by knocking out all the other applicants, Drago hired them before Ice demanded payment for their services. In response, Drago used his powers to transform them into dragon warriors, rendering them ageless and immortal, and endowing each with a dragon power, Ice received dragon fire, MC Cobra gained dragon speed, and DJ Fist received dragon strength. The crew quickly accepted this "payment" and were happy that the job also meant that they could get revenge on Jackie Chan.
Later, when Drago lost his demon chi, Ice and his gang decided to overthrow Drago and keep the powers, dividing the demon chi amongst each other. However, when Drago managed absorb the powers for himself, the trio was quick to retract their betrayal.
With the Earth, Thunder and Wind demon chi powers.
Drago still kept Ice and his crew on, and gave them each a bit of extra demon chi, Ice gained the power of Earth, DJ Fist received the power of Thunder, and MC Cobra gained the power of Wind. Drago sent the three to destroy Section 13, and later, he had them combat the J-Team.
When Drago was banished along with Shendu, the demon chi was sucked out of the Ice Gang, restoring them to their human forms. The three then tried to escape, but were cornered by El Toro Fuerte and Paco. It is presumed they were sent to prison.
Powers and Abilities[]
Each member of the Ice Crew is highly-skilled in martial arts, proving to be a challenge for Jackie in their first confrontation. However, like other opponents, Jackie adapted, and was able to combat them more efficiently in further fights.
The Ice Crew are also talented technicians, who were able to build a working submarine out of junkyard scrap.
