Hirsch is an inspection operative of Section 13.
History[]
After overseeing the installation of its latest security system, Hirsch proceeded to conduct an inspection of Section 13's main vault, upon which he determined that the Talismans were not on his list, insisting that they had to be removed. Forced to comply by his superiors, Captain Black regretfully informed Jackie and Jade of the development.
In a last-ditch attempt to keep the Talismans in the vault, Captain Black agreed to present a demonstration of their magical powers to Hirsch and a senior operative from Washington. Unbeknown to Black, however, Jade had inadvertently absorbed their powers after the vault's laser defense system engaged just moments before. With the powers extracted from their respective vessels, Captain Black was unable to provide a demonstration, instead making a fool of himself in front of Hirsch and the other operative.
