Dr. Weber is Mr. Jumba's dentist and accomplice.
History[]
Jumba used Dr. Weber to implant the Sutras of Raktajiba into Jackie Chan's mouth by disguising it as a filling to treat his toothache. After Jackie unknowingly carried the Sutras to India, Dr. Weber removed it when he and Jumba and Portia Martindale captured Chan. Dr. Weber was later immobilized by Mohajah along with the other two.
