Cosmo is a chimpanzee astronaut stationed aboard the Saratoga, an experimental space shuttle intended to dock with the space station Niagara.
History[]
When the Dark Hand uncovered the location of the Moon Demon's portal, Shendu sought passage into outer space via the Saratoga, which was taking off from Cape Canaveral. Later, when Valmont inquired as to who was piloting the shuttle, he and the Enforcers discovered Cosmo in the cockpit, much to their (save for Ratso's) dismay.
